Nostrand is a thoughtfully designed 1800 sq. meter podium-level landscape in the heart of Brooklyn, New York, created to serve a diverse, multi-generational residential community. Crafted to balance recreation and relaxation, the design transforms the podium into a vibrant social ecosystem—encouraging connection, wellness, and everyday ease. With spaces curated for all age groups, Nostrand brings life, purpose, and aesthetic appeal to urban multifamily living.

Sustainability Features:

• Zoned for Community Living – A seamless mix of active and passive zones supports a variety of resident needs—from quiet mornings to energetic evenings.

• Amphitheatre for Gatherings – Designed as the heart of the landscape, the amphitheatre provides a communal setting for events, performances, and neighborhood celebrations.

• Play & Social Interaction – Kids’ play areas and ping pong tables are integrated into the layout to foster spontaneous play and casual interaction among families and friends.

• Tranquil Seating Areas – Thoughtfully placed benches, shaded corners, and green sit-outs offer residents peaceful moments of pause amidst the city bustle.
