Fort Lauderdale-Inspired Outdoor Living is a podium-level landscape spread across 3800 sq. meters, designed to embody the essence of Florida’s coastal lifestyle—relaxed, luxurious, and deeply connected to water. Drawing inspiration from Fort Lauderdale’s vibrant energy and oceanfront charm, the design transforms a vast outdoor space into an experiential retreat that flows seamlessly from day to night. With distinct zones crafted for wellness and socializing, the project reflects a refined balance of function, leisure, and aesthetic allure.

Sustainability Features:

• Zoned for Morning & Evening Experiences – The landscape is intuitively segmented into two experiential zones: wellness-focused spaces for mornings and recreation-driven areas for evenings.

• Lap Pool, Yoga Deck & Open-Air Gym – Wellness takes center stage in the daytime zone with a lap pool for active swims, a yoga deck designed for mindfulness, and an open-air gym that encourages fitness in nature.

• Evening Splash Pool & Entertainment Bar – As day turns to dusk, the landscape transforms with a vibrant splash pool, chic lounging spaces, and a fully equipped bar that invites casual socializing and evening gatherings.

• Dramatic Water Feature – A central water feature becomes a visual and acoustic anchor in the space, enhancing the luxury feel and strengthening the connection to Fort Lauderdale’s water-rich environment.

• Lifestyle-Centric Design – Every spatial element is customized to support the client’s lifestyle, promoting movement, relaxation, entertainment, and a continual dialogue between land and water.
